Robert Duffy, DDS

I feel privileged to be part of such a wonderful profession, and I take great pride in providing excellent care for my patients. Every day I feel rewarded to know that my team and I are able to make a significant, and sometimes dramatic, difference in so many peoples’ lives.

Knowing our patients on a personal level and treating them like family is very important to me, and I strive to help make my patients feel at home in our practice. I genuinely love being a dentist, and I appreciate the trust my patients place in me to help keep them healthy and smiling!

Education

• Bachelor of Arts degree – St. Mary’s College
• Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (DDS) – Loyola University Chicago College of Dentistry

Continuing Education

Participating in study clubs and continuing education provides me with the ongoing training that I need to offer my patients the best care possible. With continuing education I am also able to share my knowledge and skill with others, as well as learn from some of the industry’s most acclaimed dental professionals. I am a member of several organizations that provide continuing education opportunities, including the:

Outside of the Practice

I am an Illinois native, having grown up in Deerfield, and residing in Vernon Hills for the past 32 years. My lovely wife, Janet, and I have three daughters, Jennifer, Elizabeth, and Kathryn. When I’m not at the practice, busy making smiles healthy, I enjoy golfing, working in the yard, tending my garden, and spending time with my family, especially taking family vacations! I feel fortunate to be living and raising my family in such a wonderful community, and I believe in giving back to the community as a way to say “thank you” for all the support I have received over the years. I am actively involved in several local organizations, particularly with the Sharing Hands Program through St. Mary of Vernon Catholic Church; an organization that provides food and furniture to those less fortunate so that they too can enjoy a better quality of life.
