Welcome to our dental office! As patient coordinator I am here to assist you with your scheduling and financial needs. I am very happy to be a part of the Duffy and Kwiatt team. Along with them, I will do my best to make you feel comfortable during your visit. The best part of my day is seeing your smiles!

During the time I am away from the office I enjoy spending time with my son Patrick and my daughter Kathryn. We venture to the outdoors and go camping whenever possible. I make frequent trips to our local library and often have my nose in a book. I also enjoy watching movies, listening to music and shopping.

Although I am new to the practice, I have enjoyed working in the dental field for almost 20 years! What an amazing team we have here. Our team is like a family, and we like our patients to feel that way as well. Making our patients feel comfortable and welcome is my main priority. I am always happy to help with any questions or concerns you have.

In my time away from the office I enjoy traveling, cooking, camping, boating, fishing, and spending time with my family and friends with a lot of good times and smiles!

Insurance Coordinator

As Insurance Coordinator, I love working together with the patients to help them maximize their benefits. It makes me happy to provide this service because it can sometimes be overwhelming for the patients. I feel we give an overall quality dental experience when we can satisfy the financial and insurance needs of our patients.

In my time away from the practice, I enjoy being with my husband Tim and our family. We have three children, Julia, Trevor and Tyler and two dogs, Maddie and Lila. We love to travel, and in my free time I like to cook and read. Recently, I became an Adult Literacy Tutor for the Lake County Literacy Program.

I love working in dentistry, and I am so excited to welcome you and your family to our practice. Getting to know my patients is one of the greatest things about my job, aside from keeping our patients smiling! I always take a personal interest in my patients, and I enjoy treating each patient one-on-one. None of our patients are alike, and it brings a great sense of diversity into our practice. Drs. Duffy and Kwiatt are wonderful doctors. They genuinely care about their patients, and it’s always obvious that they love what they do for a living. There’s always something fun going on at our practice, and many reasons to smile.

My family is very important to me, and in my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Bob, my three daughters, Jennifer, Liz, and Katie,  my one son-in-law, George and my Grandson RT (Robert Thomas). I also enjoy cooking, gardening, biking, and volunteering with my church’s food pantry program. I am a big Cubs fan, and I also like going zip-lining!

I am so proud to welcome you to our practice! As a member of the team for over 15 years, I can honestly say that this is a wonderful place to smile. Our doctors and staff are passionate about their work, and we’re all here because we love helping others. Being part of a team that helps patients transform the way they look and feel is the most rewarding feeling. I am dedicated to making my patients feel comfortable and welcome, and I always enjoy getting to know them and hearing about their families, work, extracurricular activities, and life’s stories.

Outside of the practice, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. My husband Jim and I have a beautiful son named Johnny, and a Siamese cat named Sabrina. In my free time I enjoy playing tennis, traveling, and gardening. I love chocolate.

Our team knows what it means to smile, and we look forward to sharing a lifetime of smiles with you! Working in dentistry is such a wonderful experience. When I leave the practice at the end of the day, I like knowing that I did everything I could to make sure my patients were comfortable, happy, and received the best care possible. I like knowing that each day I make a difference in the lives of my patients. We have such a dedicated, caring team, and our doctors are so kind and respectful, that I feel confident in the care our patients receive.

When I’m not at the practice, I enjoy taking long walks with my dog, Bella BooBoo, spending time with my husband and son, and playing with my precious grandchildren Shayla, Emerson, Willow and Liam. I also enjoy listening to music, and I’ve even met Paul McCartney.

For over seven years I have enjoyed working with Dr. Duffy, Dr. Kwiatt, and the team, and I look forward to many more years of providing dental care and smiles to our patients. The personal relationships that I have built with my patients are so great, and I enjoy being a part of their lives. Our patients are like family, and we treat our patients the same way we would treat our own spouses, children, and friends. As a dental practice, we are here to make sure that you are always smiling!

My husband, Tyler, and I have a precious, beautiful six-month-old daughter, Chloe, who we love spending time with. I also enjoy playing tennis, watching the Cubs, shopping, watching comedians, going to concerts, and taking my daughter to the playground and other fun activities.

Welcome to our practice! I am excited about meeting you, and helping you achieve your dental health goals. As a dental assistant, I enjoy working with Drs. Duffy and Kwiatt to make our patients feel as welcome and comfortable as possible. Each patient we treat is a member of our dental family, and we like to make sure they feel that way too. My favorite thing about working in dentistry is being able to attend different continuing education courses that benefit our patients when they receive treatment.

When I’m not at the practice, I enjoy spending time with my lovely family. My husband, Jamie, and I are blessed with two beautiful daughters, Isabel and Kayla. I enjoy being involved with both my daughters sports and activities which are basketball, baton, and Girl Scouts. They keep me very busy and I enjoy spending as much time with them as possible.

As a dental assistant, I am here to help our doctors provide you with the best care possible. In 2007 I achieved my certification and became a Certified Dental Assistant. This was very important to me because I enjoy my profession so much. I enjoy making sure that our patients are comfortable during treatments, and making our workplace clean and safe for everybody. Our practice has a wonderful “team work” atmosphere where we all participate in making the dental experience a great one for everybody we treat. Getting to know our patients and their families is one of the most rewarding things about this job, and that fact that we all work so well together we’re like a big, second family! Drs. Duffy and Kwiatt are also great, and I genuinely admire the way they treat their patients.

Outside of the practice I enjoy spending my time with my family and friends. My Husband Isaac and I have one Son, Devan. Watching him grow is our joy! My Husband and I both have large families, so we have many family gatherings. Our family is most important in our lives. In my free time I also enjoy reading, baking, hiking, and photography. A little fact about me, I grew up on a farm in Wisconsin and spent my childhood helping my family run their Dairy Farm and Milking Cows!

Even though I work in dentistry, I, too, am a dental patient. I understand what my patients expect when they come to our practice for treatment, and it is my goal to make sure that they feel comfortable from start to finish. I love interacting with our patients, and making them smile. Drs. Duffy and Kwiatt are wonderful doctors. I truly admire both of them for their integrity and skill. Every member of our team is easy to work with, and we’re all here for our patients, to make their smiles and their lives better!

When I’m not busy sharing smiles with my patients, I am busy sharing smiles with my family! My husband, Mike, and I have one daughter, Emily, and one son, Evan. We also have two playful “granddogs” named Pete and Peyton. In my free time, I like to travel, play golf, garden, go shopping, and cheer for the Colts football team. I am a bit of thrill seeker, and I have been skydiving!

Working in dentistry is fun, but not quite as fun as being a patient at our practice! Our patients are the best, and as director of human resources, I enjoy making sure that when our patients choose our practice, they have a wonderful experience and are given the care they deserve. I have been working at this practice for over 30 years, and I still love coming to work each day to see the smiling faces of our team and our patients. I look forward to getting to know you and your family, and working with you for many years to come.

Outside of the practice, I enjoy golfing, cooking, reading, and shopping! I also love spending time with my family. My husband, Dr. Kwiatt, and I have been marred for over 30 years and we have three wonderful, grown children. Our oldest son, Jim, lives in Milwaukee with his wife, Katie, and two sons Jack and Charlie. Our other son, Michael, lives in New Jersey with his wife, also named Katie, and our daughter, Anne, just recently moved to San Antonio, Texas. I love visiting my family and seeing my grandkids whenever possible. I am also a huge Notre Dame Football fan, and I love water slides!
